Venomous Creatures

Venomous creatures carry potency in bite, sting, spine, or breath that judges folly and rewards care. Their presence changes behaviour, since travel slows, water is tested, and shoes are shaken at doors. Warnings include colour bands, hooding displays, rattles, hisses, raised fins, and scents that sting the nose before sight. Roles include boundary keeper, oath punisher, granary sentinel, and river guardian where one drop decides fate. Signs remain as darkened wood, scorched fabric, or rings of dead grass that frame a lesson remembered. Use tiles to filter by delivery type or habitat, then open cards for sources, transliterations, and notes on antidotal customs.
